We aim to get back to you within one working day, and we prioritise by how urgent it is: something that’s stopping you working comes first.
Can you take on software you didn’t build?
Yes. We’ll learn how it works and become the people you call, whether we built it or not, and even if a previous developer has moved on.
How do you handle security updates?
We apply patches and updates as part of routine maintenance, following UK National Cyber Security Centre guidance.
Is our data still protected if you maintain our system?
Yes. We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR as set out by the Information Commissioner’s Office.
